How do I personalise my invitation?

Your template is edited within Canva.

  • Access your design via the link provided
  • Log in or create a Canva account
  • Edit your wording and fonts
  • Download your finished invitation

The process is seamless and requires no prior design experience.
What formats are included?

Each purchase includes three considered formats:

  • A6 (10.5 × 14.8 cm)
  • A5 (14.8 × 21 cm)
  • Mobile (1080 × 1920 px)

Suitable for both print and digital use.
What can be customised?

Customisation is intentionally minimal.

You may edit:

  • All wording
  • Font styles

All other design elements are fixed, preserving the integrity of the original composition.
How many times can I download my design?

Each purchase allows for up to five downloads in total, across all included sizes.

Once downloaded and saved, your file may be used as often as needed.
How long will I have access?

Your template link will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I print my invitation?

Yes. Your design can be printed at home or through a professional printer.

For optimal quality, we recommend downloading as a PDF (Print) file.
Can I share my invitation digitally?

Yes. The mobile format is designed for effortless digital sharing across messaging platforms, email, and social channels.
Do I need Canva Pro?

No. All templates are compatible with Canva’s free version.
Are purchases refundable?

Due to the nature of our products, i.e instantly available to you upon purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including those that have not yet been accessed.
Can I share or resell the design/template?

No, you cannot share or resell the design/template. For full details regarding usage, licensing, and restrictions, please refer to our Terms of Service. This can be accessed via the “Terms and Policies” link at the bottom of the page.
